DAY 21 with TERESA ANN:
AWE!
Reminiscing of how GOD has come through in times past are as collective collages to testify of HIS greatness, yet again.
These impacting reminders highlight how GOD has conquered our enemy, but that is not why we rejoice in GOD; we get to celebrate this wonderful GOD because of Who He is!
I sit here in awe as I think of how there is no one like our GOD; above every god; majestic and marvelous. Our amazing, glorious GOD not just the GOD of the universe; but of the countless universes and beyond.
As I heard someone say, “the blackholes within the universes are as HIS pockets”; and as HE reminded me many years ago while in despair, I felt HIM lift my weary head and say, “LOOK UP! For the skies are as the train of MY Majestic Robe; even the heavens cannot contain ME!”
I still can’t get over HIS reminder of how HE is not scared! Ha! LORD YOU are not scared of our foes; for to YOU LORD they have already fallen and in that YOUR mercy that is so vast; revealing YOUR boundless LOVE. With this awe, I know with a snap of YOUR fingers; the universes display would shake and tremble. Quivers within the earth as Heaven’s Armies assemble at YOUR command with readiness, dispatched to perform YOUR WORD as YOUR faithful promises are our armor and protection!
Thank YOU Lord that it is finished…even every situation that we don’t even know about has been disassembled; brought down to nothing and destroyed. You frustrate the plans of the enemies both within this realm and dimensions of every level that leak into our moments of time and space. Even when they cause the illusions to arise to get us to stop looking at YOU; we discern as it causes us to be even more fixed on YOU as we take refuge in YOU. We wear YOU as YOU are our Strength and Dignity and with that knowing we are able to laugh with NO fear of the future for our eyes have not seen; our ears have not yet heard; nor have our hearts conceived all that YOU have planned from long ago.
REFLECTION OF THE WORD WITH HOLY SPIRIT:
Psalm 25; Psalm 8; Exodus 15:11; I Chronicles 17:20; Psalm 86:8; Jeremiah 10:6; Proverbs 31:25; I Corinthians 2:9
LET’S TALK:
Immeasurable power; matchless might; that grace upon grace is far reaching to even wrap our minds around.
- In today’s reminder of the glimpses of our GOD, how do those things that once seemed so big; which in our moments are justifiably ginormous; how do even those things come into proper place?
- Are you beholding GOD with awe?
- What are the words that come to you about our Amazing God?
- How do you see HIM now whether in the midst of your difficulties or even victories?
Such a much needed word of encouragement! Your words are a beautiful reminder that help strengthen in times of trouble.
