A year of many crazy, definite firsts in our lifetime. Seeing miracles in the midst of mayhem.
Yet…a newfound resilience that stirred within many. A remnant of warriors that were once drowsy by the sleeping pill of complacency; now awakened with a bolstering shot of courage stirring within their every part. Watchmen on the wall now sober and vigilant; more than ever before.
“Arise! Shine! For the glory of the LORD is risen upon you.”
– Isaiah 60:1
Blinded eyes now opened to the awareness of seeing GOD Himself; let alone the mighty works of the LORD in the midst of evil; deafened ears now hearing the most calming and yet roaring voice of GOD; hearing the One Who speaks with a loud quietness, without ceasing.
We have experienced this personally; especially watching our daughter Trissy after the car accident. It’s been an amazing journey to witness the deep well of her revelation of God’s love and her love for HIM. An exchange that is of “Get to” proportions.
