Colored pencils strewn throughout; a weathered sketchbook waiting to reveal vision and whispered prayers flowing from the heart as I wait on Holy Spirit. He is my art instructor; patiently teaching me how to draw what I envision.
I asked Holy Spirit to help me express through illustrating how to translate through drawing what the “fear of the LORD” looks like as GOD intended.
It’s to cling to HIM.
The fear of the LORD is to trust. He is WORTHY of my TRUST…HE IS TRUSTWORTHY.
I love The Passion Translation of Proverbs 28:14, “Overjoyed is the one who with tender heart trembles before GOD, but the stubborn, unyielding heart will experience even greater evil.”
Think about this promise…the one who has a tender heart, trembles before GOD and as a result is overwhelmed with joy.
If we want to live that expression of what we get to carry…then it’s our partnership with GOD to have a tender heart toward HIM. We want to please HIM because we are overwhelmed by HIS loving goodness. There’s no obligation; only ADORATION!
This was all inspired from the LORD through a group text in which Godly ChitChat was being revealed. So grateful to GOD for Celina and Tifne.
